• When you subscribed and completed your payment via Paypal you should have chosen "Return to Merchant" and finished signing up, after which you would have been given a username and two passwords with which to log in and access resources: whenever you come to this site click "Subscribers' resources" in the menu on the left and enter the username and login password when requested.  Use the pdf password if necessary to open any locked pdf documents. 
• If you failed to complete the sign up process in full you and so did not receive your username and passwords you will need to contact us for us to send them to you.

I've lost my login details

• Use the contact form to request a reminder.  This is a manual process, so please expect some delay.  Please record your username and both passwords safely to save further problems. 

Who can use the resources, username and passwords? 

• Your resources, username and passwords are only for use by staff at the purchasing school: any staff member at the school may use them, but you must disclose your username or passwords to anyone else, nor allow others to use, copy or access any of the resources.
