To make it simple for you to dowload the resources, they are mostly packaged together into large files: a hyperlinked table of contents is provided in the main resource files which makes it simple to find the correct section, but, if you prefer, you can edit the Word file, and save separate files of whatever length you choose: for example you could have one file for each practical.
How can I quickly find the correct section?
In MS Word, control-click (or just click, depending on version and options) the appropriate line in the table of contents;
In Adobe reader, use the bookmarks panel (open with view menu, e.g. view>navigation panels>bookmarks) to view the table of contents, click on the + or - signs or arrows to expand or collapse levels as required, and click on the appropriate heading.
The main text is available in two formats containing exactly the same resources: Adobe .pdf and Microsoft Word .docx. The Word file is editable.
